2. In our e-shop you can use a modern and save way of payment for goods by a payment card.

   This way of payment in our shop is absolutely save, because we use system Pay MUZO.

   Pay MUZO is internet payment gateway, which allows e-shops accept payments realised via payment cards of VISA and MasterCard Associations in internet environment. System Pay MUZO fully support the standard 3-D Secure and safety programs:
   

3. System 3D-secure is very safe because you do not provide data about your card to a businessman (us) but directly to a bank. Data transmission is executed via HTTPS protocol, which encodes your data so that nobody except for the bank is able to read them.

   Even if you have a supported type of card you can not be sure that internet payments are possible!

   Internet payments must be supported also by your bank If you are not sure, please inform yourself in your bank before the first internet payment. Cards  Mastercard or Visa are usually without problems, but Maestro and Visa Electron cards are not supported. We will inform you which Czech bank cards can be used for internet payments.

   Payment with card

   At first you choose products in our e-shop, put it in a shopping basket and go to the cash desk.

   At the cash desk you check your choice, choose the way of transport and finally card payment. Then click on "Complete order".
   

   On the following page you will find Order confirmation and payment card logos with a link for payment. Click on this link.

   You will be forwaded to payment gateway MUZO, where you fill card number and validation. If you use a secured card you will have to fill a password for internet payment authorisation. In the end you will return to our e-shop sites where you will be inform about succesfull payment.

   If system does not confitm your card authorisation it can be caused by one of following reasons:

1. You could fill by mistake wrong data about your card.
2. At the moment of payment there was not sufficient amout of money on your account.
3. Your payment card is not supported for internet payments, please contact directly an issuer of your card (your bank).
4. Your payment was not succesfull and you do not have everything necessary with you?
5. Never mind, you can pay whenever later in the section Orderd (products will be send after payment).
